Please note that sciatica isn’t always the same for everyone and this video may not work for all. This video is from my personal practice of how I personally healed from Sciatica. Avoid any postures that you feel irritates the nerve (sharp sensation) and anything that doesn’t feel relieving. See a physio should symptoms not seem to be improving.
