Each day begins with Morning Pranayama and Prana Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Followed by a healthy vegetarian Lunch. Afternoons are filled with philosophy and discussion, Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra.
There is usually space afterwards for a walk in nature. Sasha's Retreats accommodate all levels and abilities and are always friendly groups.
