Elemental Heart Yoga Nidra - A&P focus

Reconnect deeper within and into your heart with this Yoga Nidra. This Yoga also has an Anatomy focus for your Yoga Teacher Training learning. This Nidra can be practised at any time of the day: on your lunch break, after a Yoga practice or at bedtime. Ideally lying down but can be practiced seated.

Yoga Nidra = Lying down healing guided relaxation where we plant positive seeds of intention in the deeper layers of our subconscious.

Please know that you can be in the Yoga Nidra daze for 15-30 mins afterwards so please be careful with driving, using machinery, in the kitchen or running a bath. Use mint or lemon essential oils to bring yourself back or even eat something sweet.
