Earth Elemental Yin Yoga, a grounding practice focussed on grounding, slowing down and releasing the hips (outer/glutes). This practice follows the Vedic (Indian) Philosophy of the elemental system.
Yin Yoga Asana (posture) practice = Slow deep stretchy postures. We stay in the postures from 2-5 mins to access the deep layers of release, physically, energetically and emotionally. This rejuvenating, meditative practice calms the mind, release heavy and stuck energy and emotion, opens the physical body and releases tension.
