Yin Yoga - Shedding & Releasing
Yin Yoga, filmed to the stunning backdrop of the Swiss mountains, an all over practice for Autumn Equinox, that can be practiced anytime of the year, with the intention of releasing, shedding and clearing a season or a cycle.
Yin Yoga Asana (posture) practice = Slow deep stretchy postures. We stay in the postures from 2-5 mins to access the deep layers of release, physically, energetically and emotionally. This rejuvenating, meditative practice calms the mind, release heavy and stuck energy and emotion, opens the physical body and releases tension.
