Full Moon Yin Yoga for releasing the Glutes (outer hips and hamstrings). Use this slow, ‘fill your cup’ practice to ground and recuperate underneath the powerful Full Moon energies.

Expect a more still Yoga Asana (posture) exploration with holds of around 2 mins per posture and the optional of playing with some slow conscious movement. You can practice this video anytime up to a week before or after Full Moon.

Pranayama = calming grounding Yogic Breathing

Yin Yoga Asana (posture) practice = Slow deep stretchy postures. We stay in the postures from 2-5 mins to access the deep layers of release, physically, energetically and emotionally. This rejuvenating, meditative practice calms the mind, release heavy and stuck energy and emotion, opens the physical body and releases tension.
