Elemental Water Yoga Nidra - 29 mins- All Levels
This Elemental Water Yoga Nidra which can be practised at any time of the day: on your lunch break, after a Yoga practice or at bedtime. Ideally lying down but can be practiced seated.
The Water Element teaches us to find more freedom within us and in our lives and to learn to surrender into the flow.
Yoga Nidra = Lying down healing guided relaxation where we plant positive seeds of intention in the deeper layers of our subconscious.
Please know that you can be in the Yoga Nidra daze for 15-30 mins afterwards so please be careful with driving, using machinery, in the kitchen or running a bath. Use mint or lemon essential oils to bring yourself back or even eat something sweet.
