This channel is a self-practice and self-study content library for all of our Shanti Yoga 200hr Yoga Teacher trainees.

Please only sign up, if you have received your teacher training acceptance letter, which is usually issued after the application process.

Wake-up and shift with Vinyasa Flow, slow down and release with Yin Yoga, fall asleep to Yoga Nidra or learn and brush up on the basics of Yoga Asana & Teaching Yoga.

Sasha will be leading you through the elemental practices, all come with variations & suggestions so that you can listen to your energy and needs, each day that you arrive on the mat.

Each element offers its own unique quality from Grounding Earth to fluid, embodied Water, heart-opening Air and uplifting, shifting fire. All combine together to create harmony within your body, mind and spirit.
