What is a Mandala Vinyasa? Mandala Vinyasa is when we work around the mat to experience all perspectives of the space. Half Mandala is 180 movement and a full Mandala is 360. This practice opens and strengthens the full body, focusses the mind and invokes inner creativity.
What is Vinyasa Flow? This class flows from one pose to the next, synchronising the breath with a series of postures. This process creates internal heat, purifying sweat, which leads to improved circulation, increased concentration and focus, and a lighter, free, supple & strong body & mind.
